To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a committed and qualified gardener (m/f/d)
- Management and organisation of the garden maintenance and landscaping department
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of care and maintenance work in outdoor areas
- Developing and implementing care concepts for green spaces, beds and lawns
- Managing and training the garden maintenance team, including planning working hours and tasks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Budget management and purchasing of required materials and equipment
- Regular inspection and maintenance of the machines and tools used
- Communicating with external service providers and coordinating external projects
- Completed training in gardening and landscaping or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in garden maintenance, ideally in a managerial position
- Sound knowledge of botany, horticulture and landscape maintenance
- Experience in leading teams and project management
- Strong organisational skills and good time management
- Independent, reliable and solution-orientated way of working
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Class BE driving licence desirable
