Underground car park cleaning – first impressions count

The underground car park is often the first point of contact for customers, visitors and residents. Professional cleaning not only ensures safety and tidiness, but also protects against accidents and conveys a feeling of cleanliness.

Regular maintenance of car park surfaces is crucial as it helps to keep pests away and preserve the floor coating. Leaves, salt, exhaust fumes from vehicles and other dirt and pollutants penetrate the floor and can cause irreversible damage. Therefore, sustainable and regular cleaning is essential

Which machines are used?

The cleaning method depends on the nature of the floor. We differentiate between dry and wet cleaning. If the floor of the underground car park is coated, we use our special machines for wet cleaning.

First, leaves and coarse dirt are removed by sweeping. We then remove cobwebs and dust from light switches, lamps, covers and doors. For stubborn dirt, the surface is watered and then treated with our single-disc machine, restoring the floor to its original colour. The Scrubmaster then efficiently cleans and absorbs the water. The final step involves manually cleaning the corners and edges of the underground car park.
