- Carrying out cleaning in stairwells
- Cleaning windows and facades
- Use of special cleaning machines and agents
- Knowledge of basic cleaning, osmosis cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, underground car park cleaning and graffiti removal
- Control and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Documentation of the work carried out
- Experience in building cleaning is desirable, but not essential
- Reliability, punctuality and a meticulous approach to work
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Physical resilience
- Class B driving licence would be an advantage
